Withdrawal policy
Withdrawing is your right, with written rules
This policy sets out the complete withdrawal process at Renevex: methods, timeframes, limits, prior checks and the possible reasons for delay or refusal. It aligns with the payments page and applies from the moment you submit a request, which presumes acceptance of these rules.
1. Introduction and acceptance
Available balance can be withdrawn whenever you decide, from the dashboard, with no minimum holding period. Confirming a request means accepting this policy, security and anti-money-laundering checks included. For clarity, "available balance" means realised results from closed positions and deposits cleared by verification; open positions are not balance yet, and join the available figure on closure without extra waiting.
2. Available methods
Withdrawals run to PayPal as the digital wallet and to Visa and Mastercard where the issuer supports it. The withdrawal method mirrors the deposit method, for security and AML reasons.
3. Processing timeframes
Approved requests process inside the method's window: PayPal within 24 hours, cards one to five business days, counted from approval rather than request. Extensions can come from additional identity checks, provider maintenance or bank holidays, always flagged on the dashboard.
4. Fees and costs
Renevex charges nothing for withdrawals on the listed methods. Third-party costs can exist: payment provider fees, asset network fees or currency conversion where the withdrawal is in a currency other than the account's. Every applicable cost shows on screen before confirmation; nothing is debited without your final click.
5. Withdrawal limits
Each account has a per-operation minimum and daily and monthly caps, visible when the request starts and adjustable with verification level and account history. Requests above the cap are split into daily instalments automatically or reviewed by support at your request.
6. KYC / AML checks
The first withdrawal requires completed identity verification as described in the KYC/AML policy. Later withdrawals may be sampled or risk-targeted. Extra documentation pauses the clock, which resumes on delivery. Sampling exists to protect everyone: without it, the cost of the dishonest few would be priced into every account, and a well-answered sample question changes nothing else in your routine.
7. Reasons for delay or refusal
- Destination details that do not match the account holder.
- Expired, unreadable or outdated documentation.
- Pending anti-money-laundering checks on specific operations.
- Bonuses or promotions with unmet operating conditions.
- Technical causes at the payment provider or supervening regulatory causes.
In every case we state the reason and how to release the withdrawal.
8. User responsibility
Checking the destination details before confirming is your job: a withdrawal sent to details you typed wrong can be irreversible depending on the method. The final summary exists exactly for those five seconds of reading. In practice, errors cluster in two spots, mistyped card numbers and wrong account names, both clearly shown in the confirmation summary.
9. Cancelling or changing a request
While pending, you can cancel or edit from the dashboard and the funds return to available immediately. Once processing, there is no recall: the money is already with the provider. Changing stored withdrawal details requires prior verification.
10. Support
For a specific withdrawal, write to [email protected] quoting the request identifier. Replies land inside the first business day, with priority for requests stuck in review.
11. Updates to this policy
Changes of provider, limits or regulation take effect on publication here. Requests already open are notified individually. The change history stays public on this page with dates, and prior versions remain accessible for older requests. One frequent question answered outright: this policy also covers promotional bonuses, with the sole particularity that bonus-linked withdrawals follow the operating conditions stated on the offer page at sign-up, while everything else in the flow stays unchanged.
